Acceptance of applications for participation in creative exams from June 19 to July 8, 2023

Applications are accepted at the admission committee of the institute at the address: Auelbekov str., 17.

Creative exams are held in two stages for each educational program in the period from 10 to 14 July 2023 .

IMPORTANT INFORMATION : 

• for participation in creative exams, the UNT results in two subjects are taken into account: the history of Kazakhstan and reading literacy.

For each subject, you must score at least 5 points.

• if, according to the results of the main UNT, which is held from May 16 to July 5, the applicant did not score a threshold score in two subjects: the history of Kazakhstan and reading literacy, – the applicant is given the opportunity to pass creative exams on the basis of the institute. Then he participates in the UNT, which will be held in August. After passing the August UNT, if the applicant scores in two subjects the history of Kazakhstan and reading literacy, 5 points (for each subject) is credited to the paid department.

1. Document on general secondary or technical and vocational, post-secondary, higher education(original), certificates of advanced training courses (if any);
2. 4 photo cards 3x4 centimeter;

4. 0-75 medical certificate, a copy of the preventive vaccination card (form No. 063/y);
5. UNT certificate (if available);

The amounts of tuition fees approved by the Board of Directors of NJSC "Arkalyk Pedagogical Institute named after I. Altynsarin" for admission for 2023 for educational programs are:

The cost of education for educational programs with a full term of study is 492,000 tenge. The cost of 1 credit is 8200 tenge.

The cost of education for educational programs with a shortened period of study is 393,600 tenge. The cost of 1 credit is 6560 tenge.

Pedagogical retraining courses implemented at our institute are intended for specialists who do not have a pedagogical education, who have a professional education, and who are starting their professional activities as a teacher for the first time in the relevant profile.

Pedagogical retraining is carried out according to the following educational programs:

Applicants entering the course must submit the following documents to the admission committee:

1) an application in any form addressed to the head of the university;

2) a copy of a document of identification;

3) a copy of the document on education;

4) six photographs 3x4 centimeters in size;

5) medical certificate form 075-U;

6) one of the following documents:

• copy and original document of higher education;
• copy and original document on postgraduate education.

Retraining courses for teaching staff are held on a paid basis for full-time education. The term of study is 6 months.

Documents are accepted from August 1 to August 25, 2022.

In these cases, you can apply for a copy of the diploma and / or its supplements. To do this, you need to send to the NJSC "Arkalyk Pedagogical Institute named after I.Altynsarin" through the non-profit joint stock company "State Corporation" Government for Citizens "(hereinafter referred to as the State Corporation) or the web portal of "electronic government" www.egov.kz application in the form or in the form of an electronic document addressed to the Chairman of the Board - Rector. Copies of a document of identification, as well as a diploma and its supplements (if any) must be attached to the application.

The total term for consideration of applications is 15 working days from the date of submission of documents to the State Corporation or to the portal.

A certificate stating that the student is actually studying at the ArkPI named after I. Altynsarin is issued upon personal application to the student at the Office Registrar Department.

To receive an archival certificate, you need to send the following documents to the email address info@api.edu.kz or through the eOtinish information system:

• a scanned version of the application written by the applicant himself according to the sample addressed to the Chairman of the Board – Rector of the Institute;
• scanned version of the document of identification;
• scanned version of the diploma and its applications (if any).

The term for consideration of applications is 10 days.

Ready archival certificates are sent to the applicant's e-mail or through the eOtinish information system.
