Arkalyk Pedagogical Institute named after Y.Altynsarin held a "Vacancy Fair" for the last year undergraduate students. The purpose of organizing this event is to provide employment for graduates of the university.

The fair was attended by representatives of 17 organizations, including regional, city and district departments of education, as well as secondary schools and preschool organizations. This year, the Altynsarin Institute will train more than 1,000 graduate bachelors in the direction of "Pedagogical Sciences".

During the event, potential employers from the cities of Arkalyk, Satpayev, Zhezkazgan, Kostanay, Akmola and Ulytau regions submitted applications for the need for specialists in the pedagogical field, familiarized those present with the nature, working conditions, and requirements for employees. It should be noted that the most in demand were educational programs in mathematics, physics, chemistry, history, Russian language and literature, foreign language, pedagogy and psychology.

Upon completion, representatives of organizations were able to get acquainted with the resumes of graduates, held a conversation with graduates on issues of further employment, providing information on issues of interest to graduates, including the organization of a social package, career opportunities.

“Today, the State pays great attention to the employment of young people. This platform, organized by the institute, allows you to expand opportunities and solve the problem of graduate employment. In addition, in order to gain initial experience or even get a job on a permanent basis, various programs are working, such as "Youth Practice" and "First Job" - said Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs and Science of the Institute Almagul Sapargalievna Antaeva.

Summing up, the participants of the job fair noted the relevance of training highly professional and sought-after specialists with the necessary skills and competencies, able to adapt to changes in the modern labor market.
