There is a difference in the target formulations of the educational programs of Shakarim University and ArkPI named after Y.Altynsarin. In EP ArkPI named after Y.Altynsarin there is a clear hierarchy and logical sequence of goals, at Shakarim University there are more generalized goal setting. This, in turn, ensures a more complete development of the educational program.
2. Depth, consistency of content. The content of educational programs provides for the consistency of the context of basic and professional disciplines and the depth of the problem under consideration. The problem of insufficiency of educational and methodical literature in the state language in the Republic of Kazakhstan affects the level of educational programs in the Kazakh language of the specialty.
3. Compliance of the content of education with the requirements of science and labor markets. In developing the content of educational and methodological complexes, teachers took into account the needs of the region, potential employers, the needs of consumers of educational services of the university, such as "Methodology of scientific and pedagogical research", etc.

The disciplines of the educational program "Family Psychology", "Fundamentals of Psycho-Counseling", "Pedagogical Management in a Modern School", etc. are aimed at preparing a competent teacher-psychologist who owns the theory of psychological and pedagogical sciences, the practice of applying the principles of organizing their activities.
